For many years now, I have been walking in Nature and listening to what Nature has to say to me. My work is based on my affinity to the living energy of trees and old rocks, and the soft whisper of spirit that moves through all things.

All of the meditations, exercises and ideas on these pages were meditations I perceived while listening to Nature. Each came to me when I needed practical advice and wisdom to handle an everyday concern with greater grace and compassion. They all helped me and continue to help me bring spirit into everyday life.
